What clients say!

Anna with Violet, Poppy & Rose.

Poppy is reactive towards dogs & immediately attacked the new puppy, with a little help the re-introduction went very well!
"Rob is amazing! Knowledgeable, dedicated, passionate! He knows everything about dogs, he loves them and cares for the dogs and families. Dogs are his genuine passion, not just a job. He is supportive, approachable and generous with his time and advice. I had a big problem with introduction of puppy dachshund to my 2 older dogs and he spotted the underlying issues immediately, wrote us a plan and fixed the whole situation in less than 2 weeks.
Thank you Rob!!!"

Rosy Haynes & Ace.

"Rob’s help and advice has been invaluable. My current rescue collie Ace is extremely wary of people, and came to me as a bite risk - this is combined with lack of socialisation/social skills with other dogs. After messages and several in depth discussions. I took Ace to meet Rob in person and we had a really productive time - it was fascinating to watch how Rob by incremental steps worked with Ace to gain his trust so that by the end of the day he was handling Ace, walking and interacting with him on and off lead even putting him back in the car himself with no involvement from me. At the finish Ace was confident with Rob, even showing affection (amazing)! We also introduced Ace to one of Rob’s dogs and I came away much more confident about new dog interactions for Ace and about reading his body language - plus more idea of the correct way to introduce new people to him too. Rob on the phone and in person didn’t rush and was very generous with his time in order to answer questions fully and take his time with Ace. The follow up report with notes and his opinion on Ace was very useful too. If you are struggling with a sharp or reactive dog I would say contact Rob he will help you. Rosy and Ace"

Aleksandra Volkova & Roy.

"Rob help me with my 1 an a half year old Belgian Malinois, Roy, who had aggression towards dogs, people exc. Rob knew instantly how to help my dog when we met and by the end of my dogs training with Rob after a week he was complete different, reactive had decreased significantly and I am able to take him off lease on our walk without the fear or not being able to control him. Even throughout Roy’s stay I was always kept updated and send video to show how he is getting along, and I still receive ongoing support. He clearly knows a lot about dogs and their individual needs. He gave me some fantastic guidance and showed me step by step what I needed to do to control my dogs behaviour. Rob is very easy to talk to and I will be using all of his advice and skills and put them all into practice with Roy !!! Thank you 😊"
